About Ronnie Margolis

Ronnie Margolis brings over 20 years of Kauai real estate experience, serving the entire island with his team of 4 agents, specializing in the East Side and North Shore, from Kapaa and Wailua to Princeville, Hanalei & Kilauea. Before real estate, he spent two decades in digital media and streaming technology in Los Angeles — experience that gives him a sharp edge in marketing properties, leveraging data, and solving complex problems that trip up other agents. He knows Kauai's unique landscape inside and out: vacation rental regulations, wastewater system requirements, micro-climate variations, zoning nuances, and the subtle differences between communities that only someone who has lived and worked the island for this long truly understands. As a satellite leader on Kauai for The Agency Team Hawaii — the largest and most successful real estate team in the state — Ronnie has top-notch, committed partners to take care of clients throughout the island chain, including Oahu, Maui, Hawaii Island, and right here on Kauai. Whether the transaction is a $300K condo or an $18 million luxury estate, he approaches every deal with the same thoroughness and care. What sets Ronnie apart is his philosophy of consequences over transactions. He'd rather walk you away from the wrong property than push you into a deal that doesn't serve you, because he's building a relationship, not chasing a commission. His clients benefit from a full-team approach—multiple agents and a dedicated transaction manager working in concert—so nothing falls through the cracks and someone knowledgeable is always available. A longtime Kauai resident and active community leader, Ronnie doesn't just help you buy or sell a home; he helps you understand what it means to live here. From connecting you with trusted local contractors to explaining which neighborhoods match your lifestyle, he's your guide to island life long after the closing.
